CEO and President of DTEC David Wood has more than 25 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. He began his career constructing underground and aerial plant as well as managing construction crews. He worked splicing coax and fiber cables and was constructing at the inception of HFC architecture. He moved into design engineering and management positions, working for several contractors on projects for multiple MSO’s. He has worked on telecommunication projects on six continents for nearly every MSO on Earth. He worked hard and earned his way into upper management positions, where he increased company morale, training, quality, and increased production by 500% while operating as Director of Engineering in Manhattan. His outlook on business management differs from most. When dealing with employees, his belief is that a workplace with high morale is a productive and high quality workplace. When dealing with MSO’s, he believes in being truthful and not misleading clients, by telling them what they want to hear. He has extensive experience in HFC, EPON, GPON, DAS, FTTx, and Cell Tower engineering and construction. Mr. Wood brings expertise in all areas of field engineering, design engineering, permitting, and construction.  businesses of all sizes, delivering on our promise of superior customer service and support.

As Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Trish brings a results-driven approach backed by over two decades of experience across healthcare, education, and business operations. After finishing college, she began her career in 2005, building a strong foundation in compliance, operational processes, and systems-based problem solving—skills that continue to shape her leadership approach today.

Over the years, she has worked extensively with government programs, developing deep expertise in navigating complex regulatory environments, improving service delivery, and optimizing administrative and operational workflows.

Over the past decade, she has advanced into senior operational leadership, ultimately stepping into her current executive role. As VP and COO, she oversees business operations with a focus on strategic growth, financial performance, and organizational efficiency.

She is committed to driving sustainable growth, building high-performing teams, and implementing scalable systems that enhance both performance and long-term organizational success.
